Job Description

The Counselor Team Leader will be responsible for leading the counseling team and driving student recruitment performance. Key responsibilities include:

• Provide professional counseling to students and parents on overseas study opportunities and related services.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the counseling team to achieve recruitment targets and service standards.
• Actively participate in student recruitment, sales activities, and conversion of enquiries into enrolments.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and support to counselors.
• Assist students with applications, visa processes, accommodation, and pre-departure arrangements.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, schools, universities, and business partners.
• Represent the company at education fairs, seminars, webinars, and other promotional activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in student counseling, sales, or international education.
• Strong leadership, counseling, sales, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to achieve recruitment targets and support team performance.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of international education and study destinations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
