FINANCIAL - ACCOUNTANT OFFICER

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Commission control (invoicing/ checking payment/ recording/ managing/ reporting)
• Partners control (contract processing/ recording- calculating- paying commission/ other related issues)
• School agent contract control ( contract processing/ update/ recording)
• Financial invoice in general (marketing/ others)
• Deb control (checking/ processing invoice/ managing/ others)
• Student record control (recording/ reporting)
• Assist managers in budget preparation and forecast
• Liaison with business partners/ clients
• Report to finance manager and board of director
• Other tasks as assigned by company

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Male/ Female
• Hold a degree in Accountancy, or member of ACCA or other equivalent professional organization
• At least 2 years of experience in the roll
• Excellent computer literacy for accounting
• Good knowledge of accounting programs
• Professional English communication skills
• Living in Hanoi or HCMC
• Honest, initiative, independent, strong analytical mind and able to work under pressure and time constraint
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good planning and reports
